Marketing & Business Support Package

Upon successful completion of your selected course(s), you will become accredited by The Keepsake Co and awarded the right to operate your business under license of The Keepsake Co brand. Here you will benefit from our national marketing activities and from being part of a larger, well respected organisation. Unlike a Franchise, we do not charge large management fees or royalties for the use of our trademark. However, we do offer many of the benefits of a Franchise - without any of the high costs and restrictions!

Our Marketing and Business Support Package is available to you primarily, on a ‘pay as you earn’ basis, and consists of the following key elements:

License Fee & Support and Development Agreement

This small monthly fee grants you the right to continue working under license of The Keepsake Co. It also goes towards our support and development costs, helping us to keep The Keepsake Co out in front! Part of this fee is also paid directly to your mentor to help them support and guide you when you need advice in developing your business.

In addition, you will gain access to our central purchasing system- a one-stop shop for the supply of materials, where you will benefit from large discounts through our group buying power.

Our Support and Development Agreement provides many additional benefits:

• Economies of Scale – through group buying power.
• Access to our central purchasing system – one stop-shop for all your material supplies.
• Access to the newest products, materials and keepsake technologies at discounted prices.
• Full advice and support from within the company.
• Access to company meetings to inspire, inform and discuss our future as a company and to share ideas with fellow Consultants.
• Regular newsletters, tips and updates.
• Discounted rates on supplies and selected new training courses.
• Access to our professional design services.
• Affordable printing of leaflets and promotional material.

Cost:
Keepsake Consultant £25 per month
Senior Keepsake Consultant £50 per month
Master Keepsake Consultant £100 per month


Lead Referral Agreement

We invest heavily in promoting The Keepsake Company, via internet advertising, print-media and attending national Baby Shows etc. Unlike a Franchise, we do not charge any marketing levy’s or deduct any royalties or commissions on your earnings. We simply charge a small referral fee per lead/enquiry that we forward on to you. However, you pay us nothing for any self-generated leads. Here, you’ll benefit from our national marketing activities, but only pay for the bits that actually work for you!
Cost: £10 per lead/enquiry (Invoiced Monthly)

Upgraded Personal Web-page

As part of your Keepsake Consultant Training, your details will automatically be added to the ‘Post-code Finder’ section of The Keepsake Co Website, enabling local customers to find you. However, for a small administrative fee, we are happy to upgrade this entry to create your own personal web-page, which will feature more detailed information about you and the services you can offer, along with a listing of any regular venues that you may attend. It can also include a photograph to help make your page more inviting and personal!
Cost: £150 Set-Up Fee

NOTE: For any future changes or edits, we would charge a £10 administration fee per web-page edit.


Print-Ready Marketing Templates

We have absorbed the cost of expensive design fees for all of our leaflets, postcards and promotional materials so that you don’t have to! You can benefit from this by registering to have all of these professionally designed templates delivered to your desk-top! In addition, this includes a number of pre-written Letter Templates, Email Templates and Party Information Pack’s to enable you to hit the ground running!

Should you wish to subscribe to this privileged area of our web-site, we will provide you with a user log-in and password which will enable you to download a wide selection of Keepsake Co branded stationery and marketing support materials; including Business Cards, Letterheads, Compliment Slips, Posters, Gift-Vouchers, Order-Forms, and advert templates! You can either print these from your own home PC, or for more economical print-production, we offer an extremely low-cost Printing Service.
Cost: £50 (One of fee)

Print/Design Service

Of course, if you are serious about promoting your business, then you should seek to have your marketing materials printed professionally. We therefore offer a full Print and Design Service at extremely competitive rates. Prices vary according to volume, so please contact us for a quote. We ask that all professionally printed material incorporating our branding is done through Head Office to ensure we maintain our high standards and preserve the brands reputation. All prices include printing and design work so we remain extremely competitive.

In addition, we have a number of high-quality Branded Brochures and Marketing Literature which you can order directly from our Central Ordering System.

Optional Support Services

To assist you in effectively marketing your business, we can provide you with the following optional Marketing Support Services, at any stage:

Mailing Lists

We can provide various Mailing Lists and Data Entry Services to support your marketing initiatives; This service includes the creation of a spreadsheet, for instance, of local Nurseries, potential party hosts etc, including names, addresses, phone numbers etc. (where available). Please ask for further details.
Price: £75 + VAT (Per 50 Records)

Fulfillment

We offer a fulfillment service to support your Direct Marketing Campaigns; including mail-merging from your spreadsheets, print and postage. *(Conditions Apply).

Telemarketing & Appointment Setting

If you would like us to follow up your Direct Mail with a Telemarketing Service, we will be happy to do so. This service focuses on appointment setting in order to get bookings at your local Nursery Schools and with potential party hosts. This service offers a true win-win situation - we charge by appointment booked, rather on a fixed hourly rate, meaning you have nothing to loose, but everything to gain!
Price: £20 + VAT per appointment booked
